Ever since I was a child in Poland, I’ve had an insatiable sweet tooth. Cakes, pastries, and anything chocolaty—these were my weaknesses. Every week, our home would be filled with the intoxicating aroma of freshly baked treats. And yes, you guessed it—I eagerly awaited those weekly baking sessions.

From Numbers to Flour

Fast forward a decade. I found myself knee-deep in the world of finance, crunching numbers and analyzing spreadsheets. It paid the bills, but my heart yearned for something more. One day, as I stared at yet another financial report, it hit me: life was too short to be confined to Excel sheets. I wanted to follow my passion—the one that had been simmering since childhood.

As much as I adored traditional Polish cakes—the comforting scent of cinnamon, the layers of delicate sponge—I couldn’t ignore the allure of modern desserts. French patisserie, with its intricate designs and harmonious flavours, beckoned me. I wanted to blend the old with the new, to create something uniquely mine.

And so, armed with flour, sugar, and a dash of courage, I embarked on a sweet adventure. But there was a twist—I stumbled upon an amazing technology. It allowed me to transform my desserts into edible art. Suddenly, my pastries weren’t just delicious; they were visually appealing too.
